You may not realize how important and helpful it is to have a Relator who is awesome until you have one. This happened when we started working with Teri. Because of her experience and excellent customer service skills, she was always one step ahead of us. For example, we were looking at a house (the one we actualy bought) and it needed a new roof or at the least, some repair. Teri was on the phone and got us an estimate within minutes. This helped us stay within our budget. By the end of the day we were emailed an actual quote from the roofer that Teri had contacted. Teri consistently helped us before we knew we needed help, and that's why I say she was always one step ahead of us. All of the people Teri recommended to us, from a electrician to a mortgage broker were first class people with outstanding reputations in their field. Teri also listened to our needs and wants and really seemed to quickly understand what we wanted. She never wasted our time. There were properties we thought we wanted to see based on the pictures online but she kept us focused in the area where we wanted to buy. This was so important because it's easy to fall in love with a house and ignore the location. I would highly recommend working with Teri or any of her talented Staff.
