Growing up in New Jersey in a large extended family, David worked his way through college by appraising residential properties for the family business. For the past 28 years, he's called the Ocean State home, enjoying a successful career in print and distribution for magazine publishers throughout the Northeast. Eventually, David gave in to the magnetic pull of real estate, and today, he's licensed to sell in Rhode Island. It is a coincidence that his family's business was named Degnan Real Estate, but it is no coincidence that he's landed at Teri Degnan Real Estate and Consulting LTD, a company that shares the same passion for providing a personal touch while helping guide clients through the sales and purchase process.

David has served on the boards of Smith's Castle, The Willett Free Library and the Saunderstown Yacht Club. He and his wife Colleen reside in Saunderstown where they spend time boating on Narragansett Bay, golfing, working on home improvement projects and entertaining.
