Growing up in New Jersey in a large extended family, David worked his way through college by appraising residential properties for the family real estate business. 

For the past 30 years, he's called the Ocean State home, enjoying a successful career selling printing and distribution services to magazine publishers around the country. Over the course of his sales career, David has honed his relationship building and contract negotiating skills while assisting a variety of clients, from small regional publishers to large multi-title, multi-channel publishing companies. 

Eventually, David gave in to the lifelong pull of real estate sales, and today, he's licensed to sell in Rhode Island. David has been successfully working with sellers, buyers and renters on a variety of projects, including estates, 1031 exchanges, relocations, secondary/vacation properties and long-term rentals. 

David has served on the boards of Smith's Castle, the Willett Free Library and the Saunderstown Yacht Club. He and his wife Colleen enjoyed raising their two adult children in Rhode Island and reside in Saunderstown where they spend time boating on Narragansett Bay, working on home improvement projects and entertaining at their home overlooking the West Passage.
