Great Location for this yearly rental. 1930s Colonial Farmhouse style. The kitchen has been updated and features granite counters, recessed lighting and plenty of cabinet space. There is a full bath with a shower stall off of the kitchen. The double parlor has really pretty wood flooring and plenty of windows. There is a small bedroom on the first floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower. The basement, which is accessed from the exterior bulkhead, does have a washer/dryer hookup. There is a large detached two car garage and plenty of parking onsite. Very nice covered front porch and rear deck off the kitchen. This is a yearly rental. NO smoking or pets. Tenant pays all utilities and landlord maintains grass cutting.
