Built in 1916, this cottage features large cozy rooms, surrounding decks and carefully tended grounds. The kitchen is open to the den area with TV, the living room is open to the dining area and a large sun porch. There is also a butler's pantry and a full bath with shower, and washer and dryer on the first floor. There are several mini-splits for cooling on those hot summer days. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in 2nd bedroom, and 3 single beds in the 3rd bedroom. Also, the property features a 360 square foot guest house with one bedroom with a trundle bed/ 2 single beds and a full bath.
