Teri was super helpful to us as our buyer's agent. She was very responsive in all of our communications. We always felt that Teri had our best interests at heart and we never felt pressured or rushed. As an example, at our pre-closing walk-thru, we discovered a frozen pipe issue. Teri understood and agreed with our desire to get this problem remedied permanently before closing. Further, she worked closely with the listing agent to get the fix implemented in 24 hours so that we could close on our desired timeline. She crawled into the attic with the plumber to snap a photo of the fix and sent it to us. Now that is above and beyond the call of duty. We would recommend Teri without hesitation.

The best. Teri is the Michael Jordan of real estate. Actually Michael Jordan is the Teri Degnan of basketball. I can't imagine anyone being better at their chosen profession. She put together a tough deal for me seamlessly. Not only did she get the property on the market quickly, she (using her contacts) made upgrades and improvements to present a better product. Due to location and some other factors, my home was not an easy sale by any calculation. She tirelessly showed the property over and over (somehow) never showing an iota of exasperation, constantly reminding me "it will sell". She was right. Thank you Teri!
