After graduating from Florida State University, her career brought her to New York City, where she gained more than 15 years of corporate experience working in the fashion industry. Her highly developed problem solving and negotiation skills have transitioned seamlessly into her career in real estate. 

Kim’s passion for art, culture and architecture has afforded her a great wealth of local knowledge. Today, she’s a full time real estate agent who splits her time between Newport's Historic Hill neighborhood and Sarasota, Florida. Kim is devoted to getting to know her clients and working to make their home dreams become a reality.
