Located in the country-coastal town of Little Compton, Rhode Island, Young Family Farm is truly an iconic location along the Farm Coast of Southern NE. The potato/vegetable storage building is computerized & is state of the art. While top soil depth is usually twelve inches or so, on Young Family Farm’s runs 28 or 29 inches deep. The property includes a 5 acre fishing pond. The land is under conservation but there is a two-acre parcel that can be used to build a residence. Other buildings could be built on the land that serve the purpose of agriculture.
